Everyone to participate. For the winners-selected, a trip to Bogota with full stay and of return with a stupendous one VAIO in the suitcase (“señor agent, this computer already carried it in the previous trip”, for pay not the canon)

LITERAL:
Bases of the assembly
*The officials of the Goethe-Institut, of the Embassy of France in Colombia and of the Library Luis Angel Arango; as well as, the curators and juries of the present assembly will be disqualified to participate in the same one.
*The works presented in this assembly should have been produced in date after the year 2000.
*They will be admitted a maximum of two (2) works by each artist or producer, without importing the category of participation. Each one of the works recorded should be sent for mail independently.
*The projects recorded without exception should enclose: list of credits, synopsis, images and technical specifications of the work; besides the résumé of the author or the authors, as be the case.
*The shipment of the works will run for account of the participant. No material that be sent will be returned by mail.
*The production and execution of the projects admitted is responsibility of the artist or producer, as well as all the elements and special materials that the same imply, such as plugins and other applications. Nevertheless, the organization in the measure of its possibilities will offer the logistic support that be required.
The participants will recognize beforehand the right of the organizers to exhibit public and free the works recorded in the assembly inside the framework of “Artrónica. II Shows International of Electronic Arts”.
*The works selected by the Committee of Selection will become a part of the audiovisual fund of the Library Luis Angel Arango (for public consultation without right of reproduction) unless the author or the authors declare in writing to the organization their disagreement with this initiative.
*The organization is reserved the right to utilize the totality or fragments of the works that be recorded to this assembly for the effective diffusion and promotion of the event in media.
*The participation in this assembly implies the acceptance of all the bases previously exposed.
