[audioacción_001] The Law of the Noise

The noise in its environmental side, done not circumscribe to specific environments as the labor one, but while inmisión sonorous present in the human habitat or in the nature, has not been traditionally object of preferential attention in the protective regulation of the environment. We try the noise in an extensive sense, and this is the reach of the Law, comprehensive so much of the perceptible, exactly said noise in the shape of sound, as of the vibrations: so much one as other they are included in the concept of noise pollution whose prevention, caution and reduction are object of this Law.
In average-teletypes we have done ourselves (((eco))) of several initiatives of analysis of the NOISE since a healthy and environmental perspective. The proposal of this audio-action is not more than converting the Law of the Noise in a sonorous text by itself. In the first instance occurs itself me to organize a reading-casting Of the same one in the middle of the noise. In second instance occurs itself me that we would be able to seek the form that this file of text with the Law of the Noise in force in Spain, be power supply of some algorithm of generative music that reinterpret those characters. Someone can help me in this? I suppose that in my habitual one mode = picnic sound will seek some soft that permit it to do. The comments in this sense are thanked. We would be able to do then concerts of The Law of the Noise, or even to publish it in CD.

Already there are two versions (short) of the Law of the Noise. We will continue investigating in the possibilities of converting the text in audio, I say in noise.

just this month I walk attending a course on ecology acoustics and management of the sonorous middle in the urban environment, given by Jose Luis Carles… and there was thinking about projects to carry out around this… seems me genial this audioacción… so I will comment your ideas… in both (reading and audiointerpretación of the text) multiple approximations can be done;
…leer the law in diverse places especially “ruidosos” and to document it: a point would be to do it in half of a concert type…¿OT/Eurovision?…aunque to see who noses is put there to do it… jajajaja…. in short…olvidad this part, please… ^^… ; some public works, rush hour in the center of the city, a demolition or in the surrounding area of an airport x ej would be but adequate, ¿does not seem you?

Today the works of the cuatrimestre of sonorous art have been presented II, the subject of José Antonio Vine. One of my surprises was the action of Emilio José Salinero Garcia, a deaf student that paints listening noise. The works composes them recording industrial sounds with minidisk (motor, factories..) and has discovered that some sounds if can listen them for resonance of its bones.
Thus, it presented a really surprising work, above all keeping in mind that has created it without listening it. To my it recalled me to Merzbow and the truth is that is a very good work, at least to my has me placed in I chirped.
In the end I spoke with him (he read me the lips) and he commented me that his artist preferred is Goya, above all his last epoch, already deaf, in the Fifth one of the Deaf one; his black paintings.

The idea of the action is cojonuda, above all because has an animalistic poetic component, without counting the nihilism that breathes, the political position is ahi of evident way (and not latent). To my it recalls me to the ideas of fluxus or zaj, because questions and point.
It is, if you want, the contrary thing that does Three, the Catalonian artist that works with the silence (cókteles in silence or readings of work in silence).

In reality the idea to define attracts me really what is the noise or how is considered to the noise in itself. Perhaps the thing of noise / silence is there ¿? osea sure that nobody tries to be grasped neither to a neither to another. But it would be amused that there was a Law of the Silence. Or that the own public legislation was that made room for it this that some they do with the audio.
