Conference and subsequent debates on “ARTES SCENIC AND NEW TECHNOLOGIES” that will give the professor Luis Thenon, responsible for the Laboratory of NEW Tecnologias of the Imágen, the Sound and the Scene (LANTISS) of the University of Laval, in Quebec, Canada. Luis Thenon is a noticeable investigator of the relations between New and Scenic Arts Technologies and in his conference he will explain us his reflections on the subject matter as well as his experience in investigation and creation at the front of LANTISS, where he investigates the telepresencia, the body in virtual environments, multimedia scenographies, the orchestral bodies, the new narratives, the generation of images and real-time sound and other aspects related to the application Of the technologies of information and communication to the scenic arts.

Later intenvendrá the professor of the University technical college of Catalonia, Artur Saws, assistant director of i2CAT (Foundation Internet-2 Catalonia), that will speak us of the at the same time cultural and technological meaning of the fusion and experimentation with the TIC.
